Red Wave Bottling was born out of passion, desire, and love. We are a mobile wine bottling operation who is focused on providing the best possible customer service and case goods quality backed by qualitative data. We have been bottling wine for some of the Industries largest leaders for over 16 years and understand the importance of getting it right the first time.
Ron Castillo, the founder of Red Wave Bottling, graduated from CSU Fresno with a degree in Industrial Engineering. His passion was automation, but not quite sure were to go with it. He worked in the dairy industry, carbonated soft drink industries and eventually found his way to wine. Having worked in strict FDA run and high-speed operations he gained valuable experience understanding the importance of well organized, food safe operations. His mechanical aptitude allowed him to help these organizations improve not only in the throughput but also maintain quality and food safety.
Ron has been on both sides of the coin when it comes to bottling manufacturing. He has designed, installed, and started lines, as well as, ran bottling operations as the Director of Bottling Operations for O’Neill Vintners. While the organizations he has worked for had their own lines, there were many times were Mobile bottling was called in to support additional volume. Through this Ron identified an opportunity in the MB industry. The quality standards and values held by him and his team were not upheld on the MB lines. From this experience he begun to think about how to build a business where he could help complete the circle;take the hard work and labor of California Winemakers and continue the process through the bottling process: and thus Red Wave Bottling was born.
The Red Wave team is made of of Industry experts who know how to get the job done right the first time.
With more than 16 years in the industry, Red wave knows the ins and outs of what it takes to deliver a quality product.
