Red Wave Bottling was founded out of passion, precision, and a deep love for the craft. As a premier mobile wine bottling operation, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and top-tier case goods quality—supported by qualitative data and industry expertise. For over 16+ years, we’ve proudly served some of the wine industry’s most respected leaders, understanding that in bottling, there’s no room for second chances. Getting it right the first time is everything.
Ron has experienced both sides of bottling manufacturing—designing, installing, and launching lines, as well as overseeing full-scale operations as Director of Bottling Operations at O’Neill Vintners and other major wineries. While many of the companies he worked with had their own in-house lines, mobile bottling was often brought in to handle overflow.
It was during these times that Ron recognized a gap in the mobile bottling industry. The high standards and values he and his team upheld weren’t consistently reflected in the services brought on-site. This realization sparked a vision—to create a company that would honor the craftsmanship of California winemakers and carry their efforts seamlessly through the final stage: bottling. From that vision, Red Wave Bottling was born.
Red Wave Bottling is a full-service mobile wine bottling company serving wineries across California. We bring high-quality, efficient, and food-safe bottling solutions directly to your facility—equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, experienced operators, and a commitment to precision and care.
We offer precise Velcorin (DMDC) dosing as part of our services to ensure microbial stability and product integrity. Ideal for sweet or low-sulfite wines, Velcorin protects against spoilage without impacting flavor, helping maintain quality from bottling to shelf.
Our mobile crossflow filtration system provides efficient, gentle, and thorough wine clarification. Using advanced membrane technology, we remove suspended solids and microbes while preserving the wine’s integrity, flavor, and aroma. This service offers a high recovery rate, consistent clarity, and is ideal for final filtration before bottling.
